Made In Punjab is an endeavour to take you through time and experience the grandeur of the Sikh Kingdom, while exploring and reviving the rich culinary history of the State. “Punjab” in Persian means (The Land of) Five Rivers and thus the menu at Made In Punjab covers the rich agricultural regions surrounding the rivers Jhelum, Chenab, Ravi, Beas and Sutlej from the erstwhile Princely State, while artistically capturing each of them in the brands logo as well.

The cuisine of the erstwhile Kingdom has not just infused the influence of the various invasions , primarily Turkish and Iranian, but has also produced generations of Khaansaama’s and cooks who, over the centuries, have perfected the art and laid the benchmarks for today’s North West Frontier cuisine. Punjab’s most famous export, the “Tikkas” are famous and widely reproduced across India, while being equally admired throughout many countries in the West.
